  • You must be, or intend to become, an authorised mobile money agent for one or more of the service providers listed on the Platform.
  • The information you provide during registration must be truthful, complete and accurate.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password. Do not share your account credentials with anyone.
  • You must promptly notify PAYZ of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

  • All agents must complete KYC by uploading a clear photo, NRC front and NRC back, and, where required, proof of address.
  • KYC documents must be genuine. Submitting forged or altered documents is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • PAYZ may require additional verification at any time to maintain compliance.

4. Training, Quizzes & Certificates

  • The Platform provides training content, quizzes and issues certificates of completion.
  • You must complete training and quizzes honestly. Cheating, sharing answers or misrepresenting completion is prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will NOT:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.
  • Copy, distribute or resell training content, quizzes or certificates without written permission from PAYZ.
  • Interfere with, disrupt or impose an unreasonable load on the Platform.
  • Impersonate any other person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

7. Fraud & Reporting

Mobile money fraud is a serious offence. If you suspect fraud, scams or impersonation, report immediately to the Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority (ZICTA) by dialling *707# free of charge on any mobile network. You also agree to cooperate with any PAYZ or regulator-led fraud investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including training materials, videos, images, quizzes, logos and text, is owned by PAYZ or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for personal training purposes only.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.
  • PAYZ is not responsible for the conduct of any individual service provider, agent, or other user.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAYZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Suspension & Termination

PAYZ may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for breach of these Terms, for suspected fraud, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; however, some information may be retained to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
